What we collect
From organisations: two daily CSV files — agent data (code, name, preferred name, messaging number, language, branch, target) and performance data (date, agent code, case reference, product, APE, location). We do not accept policyholder information; columns that look like policyholder data are dropped on import and never stored.
From website visitors
When you request a pilot, a demo, or apply as a partner, we store the details you submit so we can respond. Demo WhatsApp numbers are used solely to deliver the demo and are not used for marketing without consent.
How we use it
Agent data is used only to deliver touchpoints, certificates, micro-learning and reports to the organisation that provided it. We do not sell data.
Control
Organisations stay in full control: pausing the CSV pauses all activity, and data can be deleted on request.
